The invention discloses a deformable unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises a vehicle body and deformable frames, wherein power devices capable of driving the vehicle body and the deformable frames to ascend or descend are arranged on the deformable frames; an undercarriage is arranged on each of the deformable frames; the deformable frames are distributed on the two sides of the vehicle body; the vehicle body comprises a driving part, a transmission part and a mounting base; the driving part is arranged on the mounting base; the transmission part comprises a gear transmission component; the gear transmission component comprises an output gear which synchronously moves with the driving part; the output gear is meshed with a reduction gear component; the reduction gear component is respectively in driving connection with the deformable frames on the two sides of the vehicle body through a transmission gear; the vehicle body further comprises an angle control device; the angle control device comprises a signal receiver, an angle detector and a control circuit; an input end of the signal receiver and the input end of the angle detector are both connected with the control circuit; an output end of the control circuit is electrically connected with the driving part. The deformable unmanned aerial vehicle can realize 360-degree shielding-free shooting in an aerial photographing process and has the advantages of low cost, fast response, convenience in mounting, and the like.
