The invention discloses a vehicle safety control method and system based on an inclination angle and a load. The method comprises the following steps that 1, the inclination angle of a vehicle body, the inclination angle of a door frame and the weight of goods are detected; 2, according to the vehicle body inclination angle detected in the step 1 and the door frame inclination angle detected in the step 1, the inclination angle of the goods is calculated; 3, according to the comparison condition of the inclination angle of the goods and the set value in the step 2 and the comparison condition of the weight of the goods and the set value in the step 1, a corresponding alarm signal is output, meanwhile, the alarm signal is synchronously sent to an ECU or a motor controller, the inclination angle of the portal frame is limited to continue to be enlarged, and meanwhile an operator is reminded to reduce the lifting height of the goods; setting the center of gravity of the vehicle within a safety threshold; and 4, calculating a final speed-limiting speed value according to the inclination angle of the goods in the step 2 and the comparison condition of the weight of the goods in the step 1 and the set value. The inclination angle of the goods is calculated according to the vector sum of the inclination angle of the door frame and the inclination angle of the vehicle body, an alarm is given according to the set danger angle, the maximum driving speed is limited, and the requirements of different drivers for safe driving can be met.

    本发明公开了一种基于倾斜角度和载重负荷的车辆安全控制方法及系统,包括以下步骤:步骤1:车身倾斜角度的检测和门架倾斜角度的检测,货物重量的检测;步骤2:根据步骤1检测的车身倾斜角度的检测和门架倾斜角度,计算货物的倾斜角度;步骤3:根据步骤2货物的倾斜角度与设定值的比较情况、步骤1中货物的重量与设定值的比较情况,输出对应的报警信号,同时将报警信号同步发送给ECU或电机控制器,限制门架倾斜角度继续扩大,同时提醒操作员降低货物起升高度,使车辆的重心在安全阈值内;步骤4:根据步骤2的货物的倾斜角度和步骤1中货物的重量与设定值比较的情况,计算最终限速速度值。本发明货物的倾斜角度根据门架倾斜角度和车身倾斜角度的矢量和计算得到,根据设置的危险角度进行报警并限定最大行驶速度,可以满足不同驾驶员的安全驾驶的需求。
