To provide an inclination angle control device which can calculate a target value of an inclination angle that optimizes an evaluation of a ride comfort and a motion sickness without twisting a vehicle body when a railway vehicle travels on a rail track.SOLUTION: An inclination angle control device 20 comprises an arithmetic processing unit 25 determining target values of two inclination angles for tilting a vehicle body 2 to a front truck 3a and a rear truck 3b. When, regarding a shape variable which is proportional to a cant or is inversely proportional to a radius of curvature, the shape variable at a position of the front truck 3a is a first variable and the shape variable at a position of the rear truck 3b is a second variable, the arithmetic processing unit 25 gets a first value by subtracting the first variable from the second variable, gets a second value by dividing the first value by a gauge of the track and gets a third value by adding the second value to a target value at the position of the front truck 3a and determines the target value in the condition that the third value becomes equal to the target value at the position of the rear truck 3b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】鉄道車両が線路上を走行する際に、車体をねじることなく、乗り心地及び乗り物酔いの評価を最適化する傾斜角度の目標値を算出できる傾斜角度制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】傾斜角度制御装置20は、車体2を前位台車3a及び後位台車3bに対して傾斜させる2つの傾斜角度の目標値を決定する演算処理部25を有する。カントに比例するか又は曲率半径に反比例する形状変数について、前位台車3aの位置での形状変数を第1変数とし、後位台車3bの位置での形状変数を第2変数としたとき、演算処理部25は、第2変数から第1変数を減じて得られる第1値を線路の軌間で除して得られる第2値を、更に前位台車3aの位置での目標値に加えて得られる第3値が、後位台車3bの位置での目標値に等しくなる条件で、目標値を決定する。【選択図】図3
