    本发明涉及一种水下无人航行器艉部操纵装置及操作方法,包括艉部安装板,艉部安装板中心位置安装有固定基轴,固定基轴上配合安装有转动基座,转动基座为圆环形结构,转动基座的圆环内设置有向心安装支架,转动基座的圆环外设置有V型槽,向心安装支架处与固定基轴配合固定,向心安装支架上固定有驱动电机安装支架,驱动电机安装支架内部固定驱动电机,驱动电机的输出端通过轴承安装主动锥形齿轮;固定基轴的一端套有一号转动环,固定基轴的另一端套有二号转动环,一号转动环和二号转动环中部均设置有被动锥形齿轮,被动锥形齿轮与主动锥形齿轮啮合,一号转动环上安装一号推力器,二号转动环上安装二号推力器,工作稳定、可靠。
