The invention discloses a bridge and culvert anti-collision early warning and alarming system. The system can comprise an early warning device, a video device, an impact alarm device, a background server and a client. The early warning device is connected with the video device, the video device and the collision warning device are respectively connected to the background server, and the background server is connected to the client; the early warning device detects an over-limit signal and sends the over-limit signal to the video device; after the video device is awakened through the overrun signal, overrun video information of a set duration is shot and sent to the background server; the impact alarm device detects an impact signal and sends the impact signal to the background server; and the background server generates alarm information according to the impact signal and the over-limit video information and sends the alarm information to the client. According to the invention, a whole set of comprehensive system which is adaptive to low power consumption and integrates early warning and alarm functions is formed through the postposition of the server, the early warning device, the video device and the like.

    本申请公开了一种桥涵防撞预警及报警系统。该系统可以包括预警装置、视频装置、撞击报警装置、后台服务器与客户端;预警装置与视频装置连接,视频装置与撞击报警装置分别连接于后台服务器,后台服务器连接于客户端;预警装置探测超限信号,发送至视频装置;视频装置通过超限信号唤醒后,拍摄设定时长的超限视频信息,发送至后台服务器;撞击报警装置探测撞击信号,发送至后台服务器;后台服务器根据撞击信号与超限视频信息,生成报警信息并发送至客户端。本发明通过服务器后置以及预警装置、视频装置等,形成一整套适应低功耗、将预警和报警功能合为一体的综合型系统。
