The horizontal rolling motion of the longitudinal platform and the pitching motion of the lower platform perform fine adjustment on the longitudinal and transverse poses of the lifting appliance so as to enable the clamping mechanism to quickly clamp the barrel projectile lifting lug, and adjust each space posture angle of the lifting appliance in the lifting process, so that the barrel projectile is always parallel to the ground in the lifting process, and the risk that the barrel projectile collides with other objects is reduced; and meanwhile, the hoisting safety of the barrel bullet is improved.
