    本发明公开了一种多自由度姿态无级调节装置,属于大型设备吊装技术领域,包括转接座,转接座的两端分别安装有滚转角度编码器和倾角传感器,转接座上连接倾角传感器的一端还连接有偏摆油缸、滚转油缸及转动体;在转动体的另一端连接有俯仰油缸,俯仰油缸通过连杆与回转座连接,在转动体的下方还通过连接支架与回转座连接。该装置实现对较大负载姿态的调节,通过液压油缸及液压马达驱动,实现对大负载位置的精确控制和调节,通过旋转编码器、水平传感器及磁滞位移传感器等检测元件,对负载姿态信息进行检测和反馈,通过上位机完成对负载的自动化控制,本发明具有结构简单、承载能力强、通用性强、可靠性高、适用范围广等特点。
