The invention belongs to the related technical field of robots, and discloses an integral light machine body of a heavy-load foot type robot and the heavy-load foot type robot, the machine body comprises a machine frame and a protection frame, the machine frame is of a symmetrical frame structure, and the protection frame is connected to the machine frame; the machine frame comprises an upper supporting ring, a lower supporting ring, a beam column set and an abdomen rib set, the upper supporting ring and the lower supporting ring are the same in structure and are both in a bidirectional convex shape, and the beam column set is connected with the upper supporting ring and the lower supporting ring and located between the upper supporting ring and the lower supporting ring; the abdomen rib set is connected to the side, away from the upper supporting ring, of the lower supporting ring. The upper supporting ring is of an integral frame-shaped structure which is formed by welding a hollow steel pipe which is bent for multiple times at one time; the abdomen rib group is formed by bending a hollow circular tube; and the beam column group adopts a thin-wall circular tube structure. According to the invention, the strength of the rack is improved, the load capacity is improved, the dynamic performance and the impact resistance are enhanced, and deformation caused by stress is reduced.
