The negative-pressure wall-climbing robot comprises a robot body and a chassis mechanism arranged at the bottom of the robot body and used for driving the robot body to move, the chassis mechanism comprises a plurality of suction cup assemblies arranged at the bottom of the robot body in an annular array shape, and the tops of the multiple suction cup assemblies are movably connected with the robot body through spherical joints; balance springs are arranged on the periphery of the spherical connector, and any suction cup assembly comprises a connecting plate, a sealing ring annularly arranged on the edge of the bottom of the connecting plate, a plurality of negative pressure air bins which are arranged at the bottom of the connecting plate, communicate with the space surrounded by the sealing ring and form negative pressure, and a walking assembly installed at the bottom of the connecting plate and used for driving the machine body to walk.
