The underwater inspection robot based on remote intelligent control comprises a robot body, power devices and hydraulic rods, the power devices are installed on the periphery of the robot body, and the periphery of each power device is sleeved with a crawler belt; supporting rods are arranged on the periphery of the robot body and located on the two sides of the power device, the front end of the robot body is sleeved with a supporting circular ring, the front end of the hydraulic rod is rotationally connected with the supporting circular ring, and the rear end of the hydraulic rod is rotationally connected with the side face of the power device. A front end cover is arranged at the front end position of the robot body, an auxiliary power system is installed on the underwater inspection robot, and through the arrangement of the auxiliary power system, the underwater inspection robot can move forwards more easily in a drainage pipeline; therefore, the underwater inspection work of the underwater inspection robot can be carried out more smoothly, and the working performance of the whole underwater inspection robot is improved.
