The invention discloses an over-releasing buffer device for a mine shaft hoisting system. The device comprises a steel belt, a steel rail and a supporting tank body, and is characterized in that the supporting tank body at least comprises two stages, each stage of supporting tank body has the same structure and comprises a mounting piece; two brake rollers and a pressing component are arranged on the mounting piece; the steel belt is located between the two brake rollers and the pressing component; a certain distance is formed between the two brake rollers, so that the pressing component can pass through the position to press the steel belt; the mounting piece is further hinged to an overturning piece, the steel rail is provided with an overturning piece limiting part and is used for supporting a tank body through the overturning piece; and an overturning notch is formed in the steel rail, so that the overturning piece of the corresponding stage of supporting tank body can be overturned at the position, and the next stage of supporting tank body continuously performs buffering braking on the tank body. The device can be produced in a standardized mode and can adapt to various mine shafts, and the design cost, the manufacturing cost and the installation cost are effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于矿山竖井提升系统的过放缓冲装置,该过放缓冲装置包括钢带、钢轨、托罐体,其特征在于所述托罐体至少包括两级,每级托罐体结构相同,均包括一个安装件,在该安装件上装有两制动辊和压紧构件,所述钢带位于两制动辊和压紧构件之间,两制动辊之间相隔一定距离,用于压紧构件能通过该位置将钢带压紧,所述安装件还铰接有翻转件,所述钢轨具有翻转件限位,用于翻转件托着罐体,所述钢轨上设有翻转缺口,供本级托罐体的翻转件在此位置能翻转,使罐体由下一级托罐体继续对其施行缓冲制动。本发明装置能够进行标准化生产,能适应各种矿山竖井,有效降低了设计成本、制造成本及安装成本。
