The invention discloses a mobile crane as well as anti-overturning monitoring device and anti-overturning monitoring method of the mobile crane which are used for monitoring the mobile crane. The anti-overturning monitoring device comprises a plurality of first sensors, a second sensor, a controller and a warning indicator, wherein the first sensors are respectively arranged on support components of the mobile crane and measure pressure borne by the support components. The second sensor is arranged on a lifting component of the mobile crane and measures the weight of an object borne by the lifting component. The controller is connected to the first sensors and the second sensor, receives the measured stress of each support component and the weight of the object, calculates the stress and the moment of force of the mobile crane according to the stress of the support components, the weight of the object, the weight of the mobile crane and the size of the mobile crane, and judges whether overturning is to be caused or not. When it is judged that overturning may occur, the controller controls the warning indicator to give out a warning.

    一种移动式起重机及其防倾覆监测装置及其防倾覆监测方法用于监测移动式起重机,其包括:复数个第一感测器、第二感测器、控制器以及警示器。第一感测器分别设置于移动式起重机的支持构件,并量测支持构件所承受的压力。第二感测器设置于移动式起重机的起重构件,量测起重构件所承载的物体的重量。控制器连接于第一感测器以及第二感测器并接收测得的各支持构件的受力及物体的重量,根据支持构件的受力、物体的重量、移动式起重机的重量以及移动式起重机的尺寸计算出移动式起重机的受力及力矩,并判断是否造成倾覆。当判断会发生倾覆时,控制器控制警示器发出警示。
