The invention discloses a magnetic pole-climbing robot which comprises a robot body and is characterized in that two groups of chain transmission mechanisms are arranged on the robot body in parallel, a plurality of contact claws are uniformly distributed on chains of the two groups of chain transmission mechanisms, the whole contact claws are arc-shaped, and two groups of hinge seats are symmetrically arranged in the middle of the outer side of the arc-shaped contact claws; the contact claws are respectively connected between two adjacent chain links on the chains of the two groups of chain transmission mechanisms through hinge seats; arc-shaped bulges are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the arc-shaped inner side of each contact claw, and the middle part of the arc-shaped inner side is in a concave arc shape; mounting holes are symmetrically formed in the two ends of each contact claw, and permanent magnet blocks are embedded in the mounting holes respectively and used for enabling the contact claws to be attracted to the magnetically-attractable telegraph pole. The robot has the beneficial effects of simple structure, stable operation, low energy consumption, convenience in use and wide application range.

    本发明公开了一种磁吸式爬杆机器人,包括机器人本体,其特征是:在机器人本体上平行设有二组链条传动机构,在二组链条传动机构的链条上均布设有若干个接触爪,该接触爪整体为弧形,其弧形外侧中部对称设有二组铰接座,并通过铰接座分别连接在二组链条传动机构的链条上相邻二节链节之间;接触爪的弧形内侧两端对称设有弧形凸起,其弧形内侧中部为内凹的弧形;在接触爪两端对称设有安装孔且分别镶装有永磁块,用于使接触爪吸附在可磁吸电线杆上。有益效果是:结构简单,运行稳定,能耗小,使用方便,适用范围广。
