The invention relates to a magnetic assistance pole-climbing robot. Specifically, the magnetic assistance pole-climbing robot comprises two or more walking units, and every two adjacent walking unitsare connected through an auxiliary connecting structure to jointly form a frame-shaped surrounding structure; the robot further comprises permanent magnet blocks which are arranged on the walking units and are located at the positions slightly higher than the walking matching surface of the walking units and the pole body in the radial direction of the surrounding structures; at least part of theauxiliary connecting structures are telescopic connecting structures capable of stretching out and drawing back freely, in the using process, the permanent magnet blocks are used for being arranged atintervals with the pole body and keeping walking wheels pressed on the pole body all the time through magnetic attraction acting force between the permanent magnet blocks and the pole body, and the telescopic connecting structures stretch out and draw back along with the pole body to adapt to the pole body when the diameter of the pole body is changed or the peripheral surface is concave-convex.According to the magnetic assistance pole-climbing robot, the walking wheels of the walking units can be tightly attached to the pole body, the loading capacity of the robot is improved, the robot canchange along with the change of the pole diameter, and the adaptability is high.

    本发明涉及一种磁助力爬杆机器人。具体地,本发明的磁助力爬杆机器人包括:行走单元,有两个以上,每相邻两组行走单元之间通过辅助连接结构连接,共同形成框形合围结构;永磁块,设置于行走单元上,在合围结构的径向上处于略高于行走单元与杆体的行走配合面的位置处;至少有部分辅助连接结构为可自由伸缩的伸缩连接结构,使用时,永磁块用于与杆体间隔布置并通过与杆体之间的磁吸作用力保持行走轮能够始终压紧在杆体上,在杆体变径或外周面凹凸起伏时,伸缩连接结构随之伸缩以适应杆体。本发明的磁助力爬杆机器人能够使得行走单元的行走轮贴紧在杆体上,提升了机器人的载重能力,能够随杆径变化而变化,适应性较强。
