The invention discloses a real-time vibration monitoring system for a hoisting mechanism of a shipbuilding portal crane. The system is characterized in that a real-time vibration monitoring system is arranged on the hoisting mechanism of the shipbuilding portal crane; the real-time vibration monitoring system for the hoisting mechanism utilizes the industrial internet and big data technology; vibration signal data, collected by sensors arranged on the hoisting mechanism of the portal crane, of different transmission part measuring points are combined with real-time operation condition data, collected from a crane CMS safety monitoring system, of the hoisting mechanism, and systematic professional analysis is carried out to obtain the state characteristics and the vibration abnormal trend in the operation process of the hoisting mechanism, and therefore, pre-warning maintenance is realized, and potential safety hazards are eliminated in advance. Compared with the prior art, the disclosed system has the advantages of high response speed, continuous monitoring, real-time monitoring, early warning and early elimination of fault hidden dangers, reduction of equipment maintenance cost, improvement of production benefits and the like.
