The invention relates to a visual lifting appliance intelligent management system. The system comprises a part management module and a running state management module; the part management module stores a wharf plane graph and graphic data of a lifting appliance in the wharf plane graph; and the running state management module comprises a scoring unit, a workload statistical unit, a fault management unit and a real-time state management unit. According to the system, the running information, the residual life, the fault information and the like of the lifting appliance are bound with the graphic data of the lifting appliance by using what you see is what you get, when the graph (the whole machine, components and parts) of the lifting appliance is displayed, the corresponding part and component information, residual life information, running information, fault information and the like are also displayed at the same time, and therefore visual intelligent management to the lifting appliance is realized, the wharf management efficiency is improved, and the wharf failure rate is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种可视化吊具智能管理系统,其包括零件管理模块、运行状态管理模块;所述零件管理模块,存储有码头平面图以及码头平面图中吊具的图形数据;运行状态管理模块,包括评分单元、作业量统计单元、故障管理单元和实时状态管理单元。本发明利用所见即所得,将吊具的运行信息、剩余寿命以及故障信息等与吊具的图形数据绑定,当显示吊具图形时(整机、部件、零件),也同时显示其对应的零部件信息、剩余寿命信息、运行信息、故障信息等,从而实现对吊具的可视化智能管理,提高码头管理效率,降低码头故障率。
