The invention provides an intelligent electromagnet lifting appliance and belongs to the technical field of machining technologies. An electromagnetic hanging beam of an electromagnetic lifting appliance has the function that the electromagnetic hanging beam is mounted on a floor type 40T double-beam gantry crane, the span is 30 meters, and the electromagnetic hanging beam keeps magnetism in power failure and lowering a main hook when equipment fails and is powered off. According to the electromagnetic lifting appliance, an electromagnet is divided into two parts, a double-coil sub-control mode is adopted, and electrical pure iron is adopted as a main magnetic conducting material. The electromagnetic lifting appliance has the technical conditions of lifting bulk H-shaped steel and sucking and lifting 12-meter bundled deformed steel bars, H-shaped steel and steel plates. A control system of the electromagnetic lifting appliance is a contactless high-reliability system, and a silicon controlled rectifier module technology is adopted. The electromagnetic lifting appliance adopts a power supply inversion technology. A charging part of the electromagnetic lifting appliance is a fourth-generation automatic charging control panel, and the automatic charging panel is composed of a step-down rectifier transformer, a synchronous transformer TR2, a three-phase rectifier module and a group of automatic control circuits. A control system of the electromagnetic lifting appliance selects GTBM-UPS-15KW series inverter control equipment.

    本发明提供一种智能电磁铁起重吊具,属于机械加工工艺技术领域,电磁吊具电磁挂梁具备安装在落地型40T双梁门吊,跨度30米条件,且在设备故障停电时具有停电保磁及使主钩下放功能。电磁吊具把电磁铁一分为二,采用双线包分控方式,主导磁材料采用电工纯铁。电磁吊具具备吊运散装H型钢、吸吊12米成捆螺纹钢、H型钢、钢板的技术条件并保证有效吸附搬运及平稳运行。电磁吊具的控制系统为无触点高可靠性系统,采用了可控硅模块技术。电磁吊具采用电源逆变技术。电磁吊具的充电部分为第四代自动充电控制板,自动充电板由降压整流变压器,同步变压器TR2,三相整流模块及一组自动控制电路组成。电磁吊具的控制系统选择GTBM‑UPS‑15KW系列逆变器控制设备。
