The invention discloses a method for hoisting an FPSO (floating production storage and offloading) flare tower by using a floating crane. The method comprises the following steps that the flare tower is overturned by using the floating crane under the assistance of a crawler crane in a flare tower hoisting area, then, the connection between the crawler crane and the flare tower is released, the floating crane is moved to move the flare tower to a position above a flare tower base on an FPSO, and then, the flare tower is slowly lowered, the flare tower gradually gets close to the flare tower base through chain blocks installed on the flare tower, and meanwhile, the flare tower is hoisted in place through constraint of guide plates installed on the flare tower base in advance, and finally, the flare tower is welded under the condition that the floating crane is kept in a hoisting state, after welding is finished, connection between the floating crane and the flare tower can be removed, and hoisting of the flare tower is finished. According to the method, the flare tower can be hoisted to the flare tower base through existing equipment, and welding of the flare tower and the flare tower base is completed.
本发明公开了一种用浮吊进行FPSO火炬塔吊装的方法,首先在火炬塔吊装区,在履带吊的协助下使用浮吊将火炬塔翻转,然后解除履带吊与火炬塔的连接,并移动浮吊将火炬塔移动至FPSO上火炬塔基座的上方,接着缓慢下放火炬塔,并使用安装在火炬塔上的倒链使火炬塔逐渐靠近火炬塔基座,同时利用事先安装在火炬塔基座的导向板的约束将火炬塔吊装就位,最后在浮吊保持吊装状态的情况下,对火炬塔进行的焊接,焊接结束后,才可以解除浮吊与火炬塔的连接,火炬塔吊装完成。本发明能够利用现有的设备够将火炬塔吊装至火炬塔基座,并完成火炬塔与火炬塔基座的焊接。
