The invention discloses an automobile drive-by-wire mechanical braking device with an emergency braking function and a control method. The automobile drive-by-wire mechanical braking device comprises an electronic control unit, a drive-by-wire mechanical braking execution system, a pedal feeling simulation system, an emergency braking system, a friction plate and a brake disc. The electronic control unit collects signals of a pedal displacement sensor and a wheel speed sensor, carries out system fault self-diagnosis and driver braking intention recognition, and decides to enter three different working modes including a drive-by-wire mechanical braking mode, an emergency braking mode and a braking force relieving mode. In different working modes, the electronic control unit controls the output torque of the sleeve motor, the disconnection and connection of the electromagnetic clutch, and the opening and closing of a pedal feeling simulator electromagnetic valve and an emergency braking electromagnetic valve, so that the effects of brake-by-wire and failure emergency braking in normal working are realized; the device is simple in structure, small in occupied space, fast in braking response and good in braking force controllability, and automobile driving safety is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种带应急制动的汽车线控机械制动装置及控制方法,包括电子控制单元,线控机械制动执行系统,踏板感觉模拟系统,应急制动系统,及摩擦片和制动盘;电子控制单元采集踏板位移传感器和轮速传感器信号,进行系统故障自诊断和驾驶员制动意图识别,决定进入三种不同的工作模式,包括线控机械制动模式、应急制动模式、及制动力解除模式;不同工作模式时电子控制单元通过控制套筒电机的输出转矩,电磁离合器的断开与闭合,踏板感觉模拟器电磁阀及应急制动电磁阀的启闭,实现正常工作时线控制动,失效情况应急制动的效果;本发明结构简单,占用空间小,制动响应快,制动力可控性好,保障了汽车行驶安全性。
