The invention discloses an automobile emergency braking device and a braking method. The automobile emergency braking device comprises an automobile danger induction detection device, an automobile controller and a braking mechanism. After the vehicle controller judges that the vehicle meets the emergency braking condition according to the detection data sent by the vehicle danger induction detection device; the brake mechanism is controlled to actively perform emergency brake action; the brake mechanism comprises an active brake control mechanism, a manual brake control mechanism, a brake device connected with the active brake control mechanism and the manual brake control mechanism through pipelines, and a manual brake failure relief mechanism arranged on a pipeline connecting path between a brake oil cylinder and the braking device. After manual braking fails, the automobile controller controls and starts the manual braking failure relief mechanism to communicate a connecting pipeline between the brake oil cylinder and the braking device, hydraulic oil in the brake oil cylinder is conveyed to the brake device, and the relief braking is achieved. According to the invention, the effectiveness of emergency braking is improved, and the driving safety is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种汽车紧急制动装置及制动方法,其中汽车紧急制动装置包括车辆危险感应探测装置、车辆控制器和制动机构,车辆控制器根据车辆危险感应探测装置发送的探测数据在判断到车辆达到紧急制动条件后,控制制动机构主动作出紧急制动动作,制动机构包括主动制动控制机构、人工制动控制机构、管路连接主动制动控制机构和人工制动控制机构的制动装置以及设置在制动油缸与制动装置之间的管路连接路径上的人工制动失效救济机构,当人工制动失效后,车辆控制器控制启动人工制动失效救济机构以连通制动油缸与制动装置间的连接管路,将制动油缸中的液压油输送给制动装置,实现救济制动。本发明提高了紧急制动的有效性,进一步提高了行车的安全性。
