The invention provides an emergency braking device, an automobile and a braking control method, wherein the emergency braking device comprises an obstacle detection structure which is used for detecting the information of obstacles around the automobile, an automobile state detection structure used for detecting automobile driving state information, and an emergency brake controller respectively connected with the obstacle detection structure and the automobile state detection structure. Under the condition that the current driving speed of the automobile is smaller than or equal to the presetdriving speed, the emergency braking controller determines whether collision danger exists between the automobile and an obstacle on an automobile driving path or not according to the obstacle information and the automobile driving state information; and under the condition that it is determined that the automobile has the collision danger with the obstacle on the automobile driving path, the target braking deceleration speed is determined, and the automobile is controlled to adjust the driving acceleration speed of the automobile according to the target braking deceleration speed and the current driving acceleration speed. The collision between the automobile and the obstacle can be avoided when the automobile has a collision danger, and the driving safety is improved.

    本发明提供一种紧急制动装置、汽车和制动控制方法,其中,紧急制动装置包括:障碍检测结构,用于检测汽车周围的障碍物信息;汽车状态检测结构,用于检测汽车行驶状态信息;紧急制动控制器,紧急制动控制器分别与障碍检测结构和汽车状态检测结构连接;在汽车的当前行驶速度小于或等于预设行驶速度的情况下,紧急制动控制器根据障碍物信息和汽车行驶状态信息,确定汽车在汽车行驶路径上与障碍物是否存在碰撞危险;在确定汽车在汽车行驶路径上与障碍物存在碰撞危险的情况下,确定目标制动减速度,根据目标制动减速度以及当前行驶加速度,控制汽车调节汽车的行驶加速度。本发明能够在汽车存在碰撞危险时避免汽车和障碍物发生碰撞,提升行车安全。
