The invention discloses a composite braking system of an electric vehicle, which comprises a composite braking system body, an automobile electric driving assembly is arranged on the composite braking system body, a motor assembly is arranged on the automobile electric driving assembly, and an electromagnetic braking mechanism and a pneumatic braking mechanism are arranged on rotating shafts at the two ends of the motor assembly. A copper coil is arranged on an iron brake disc body, close to the edge, of an inner brake disc on the electromagnetic brake mechanism, an electromagnetic coil is arranged on the inner side of an outer electromagnetic brake chuck outside the inner brake disc, and an outer electromagnetic brake chuck connector lug is arranged on the outer side wall of the outer electromagnetic brake chuck. An air bag braking groove is formed in the position, close to the edge, of the interior of an internal braking disc of the pneumatic brake, an external braking disc is arranged on the periphery of the exterior of the internal braking disc, and a braking air bag on the inner side of the external braking disc is installed in cooperation with the air bag braking groove. According to the composite braking system, magnesium generated by electricity is adopted for realizing homopolar repulsion and braking. The pneumatic brake mechanism achieves braking of an internal brake disc through inflation and bulging of a brake air bag.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车复合制动系统,包括复合制动系统本体,在复合制动系统本体上设有汽车电动驱动总成,汽车电动驱动总成上设有电机总成,电机总成两端的转轴上设有电磁制动机构、气动制动机构,电磁制动机构上内部制动盘靠近边缘的铁质制动盘体上设有铜线圈,内部制动盘外部的外部电磁制动卡盘的内侧设有电磁线圈,外部电磁制动卡盘外部侧壁设有外部电磁制动卡盘接线头,气动制动器内部制动盘靠近边缘的内部设有气囊制动槽,内部制动盘的外部四周设有外部制动盘,外部制动盘内侧的制动气囊与气囊制动槽配合安装,该复合制动系统本体采用电生磁实现同极相斥实现制动,气动制动机构通过制动气囊充气鼓起实现对内部制动盘的制动。
