According to the invention, the detection work of the submarine pipeline can be completed accurately and efficiently, and a worker can know the working condition of the submarine pipeline more clearly through the monitoring camera capable of adjusting the shooting angle; and through cooperative work of the first fixing mechanism and the second fixing mechanism, the operation robot can be well attached to the pipeline for detection, and data obtained through whole detection are more accurate.
