The underwater robot comprises a robot main body, the robot main body comprises a visual system, a waterproof cabin, a grabbing mechanism and a propeller, the visual system adopts a main camera and an auxiliary camera structure, the main camera is responsible for line patrol, the auxiliary camera is responsible for recognizing foreign matter and providing grabbing coordinates for the robot, and the robot main body is connected with the waterproof cabin. The waterproof cabin body is used for being connected with a steering engine of the grabbing mechanism and an adjusting arm of the visual system, a pressure sensor is installed on an aluminum profile on the outer side of the waterproof cabin body and used for measuring the current depth, the main camera and the auxiliary camera are adopted for line patrol and foreign matter recognition, and the working efficiency is improved. The visual camera is connected with the adjusting arm, and the visual field of the robot can be changed by adjusting the angle of the camera at will. The working mechanical claw is arranged at the foremost end and used for removing garbage on a pipeline. The temperature and humidity sensor and the corresponding alarm circuit are arranged at the bottom of the cabin body. The water seepage condition in the cabin body is monitored in real time.

    本发明公开了一种满足海底管道寻检的水下机器人,包括机器人主体,所述机器人主体包括视觉系统、防水舱体、抓取机构和推进器,视觉系统采用主、副摄像头结构,主摄像头负责巡线,副摄像头负责识别异物并给机器人提供抓取坐标,所述防水舱体用来连接抓取机构的舵机以及视觉系统的调节臂,所述防水舱体的外侧铝型材上安装压力传感器,用来测量当前深度,本发明采用主副摄像头进行巡线和识别异物,提高工作的效率。视觉摄像头与调节臂连接,可以任意调节摄像头的角度来改变机器人的视野。所述工作机械爪安置在最前端用来去除管道上面的垃圾,本发明通过在舱体底部设置温湿度传感器及相应的报警电路。实时监测舱体内部的渗水情况。
