An on-orbit super-long truss structure deformation control device comprises a space intelligent truss structure rod and a controller, and the space intelligent truss structure rod is composed of a space truss structure rod, a flexible piezoelectric composite material sensor and a flexible piezoelectric composite material actuator array. A super-long space truss structure serves as a specific action object, the space intelligent truss structure rod is adopted to replace a common truss rod of one or more modules of the space truss structure, and a sensor and an actuator array are connected with a controller. Deformation control (including quasi-static deformation regulation and dynamic vibration suppression) is carried out on the space truss structure through the control method. According to the method, the on-orbit high-precision maintaining capability of the space truss structure can be improved, and the vibration attenuation time of structure disturbance is shortened. Compared with a traditional structure control device, the deformation control device is simple in structure, high in reliability, small in mass and size attached to the structure and suitable for active deformation control over the super-long space truss structure.

    一种在轨超长桁架结构变形控制装置,包括空间智能桁架结构杆和控制器,其中空间智能桁架结构杆由空间桁架结构杆、柔性压电复合材料传感器和柔性压电复合材料作动器阵列组成。以一类超长尺寸的空间桁架结构为具体作用对象,采用本发明的空间智能桁架结构杆替换空间桁架结构一个或多个模块的普通桁架杆,并将传感器和作动器阵列与控制器相连,通过控制方法对空间桁架结构进行变形控制(包括准静态变形调控和动态振动抑制)。本发明可以提高空间桁架结构在轨的高精度保持能力,缩短结构受扰的振动衰减时间。相比于传统的结构控制装置,该发明构型简单,可靠性高,附加在结构上的质量和体积小,适用于超长尺寸空间桁架结构的主动变形控制。
