The invention discloses a crane with a sling stable control function. According to the technical scheme, the crane is characterized by comprising a stand column, a cantilever, a cab, a sling, a plurality of cameras, a camera bearing disc and a controller, wherein the cab is rotationally fixed on the stand column and can rotate around the stand column, and the cantilever is horizontally arranged, is fixedly connected with the cab and can rotate along with the cab; the sling is arranged on the cantilever; and the camera bearing disc is located on the stand column and arranged around the stand column, the camera bearing disc can rotate around the stand column, and the controller is used for implementing a self-alignment method of the crane. According to the crane, through different types of luminous circular ring marks, the self-alignment of the crane is realized, and the operation difficulty and danger caused by poor visual conditions are avoided. The reason for inclination of the sling is accurately judged through a multi-moment sampling accumulation calculation method, so that the optimal operation manner is selected according to different reasons, and the alignment accuracy and the operation safety are improved.

    本发明公开了一种具有吊索稳定控制的起重机,其技术方案要点是:包括立柱、悬臂、驾驶仓、吊索、多个相机、相机承载盘和控制器;其中驾驶舱旋转固定于立柱上,可绕立柱旋转,悬臂水平设置,与驾驶仓固定连接,可随驾驶舱一起旋转;吊索设置于悬臂上;相机承载盘位于立柱上,且环绕立柱设置,相机承载盘能够绕立柱转动,控制器,用于实施起重机的自对准方法。本发明通过不同样式的发光圆环标记,实现了起重机的自对准,避免了目视条件不佳时的操作困难和危险。通过多时刻采样累计计算的方法准确判断吊索倾斜的原因,从而根据不同原因选择最优操作方式,提高了对准的准确度以及操作的安全性。
