The invention discloses a hoisting assembly and a wind turbine blade hoisting method. The hoisting assembly comprises a hoisting belt and a protection structure, wherein the protection structure is adjustably locked on the hoisting belt; the protection structure is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are opposite to each other; the protection structure is fixed to the hoisting belt through the second surface; when the hoisting assembly is used for hoisting a wind turbine blade, the middle part of the hoisting belt is wound around the wind turbine blade; two ends of the hoisting belt are hoisted on hoisting equipment; the protection structure is underlaid in a position, adjacent to an accessory, of the surface of the blade through the first surface; and a part, fixed on the protection structure, of the hoisting belt is separated from the surface of the blade. Through the design, in the process of hoisting a power generator, the risk of structural interference between the hoisting belt or other parts of the hoisting assembly and the accessory of the wind turbine blade can be avoided, so that the accessory is protected from collision damage in the hoisting process.

    本发明提出一种吊装组件及风电叶片的吊装方法。吊装组件包括吊带以及保护结构。保护结构可调节地锁紧于吊带,保护结构具有相反的第一表面和第二表面,保护结构以第二表面与吊带相固定。其中,吊装组件吊装风电叶片时,吊带中部绕设于风电叶片,且两端部吊装于起吊设备,保护结构以第一表面垫设于叶片表面的与附件相邻的位置,使吊带的固定于保护结构的部分与叶片表面分离。通过上述设计,本发明能够在吊装发电机的过程中,避免吊带或吊装组件的其他部件与风机叶片的附件产生结构干涉的风险,从而保护附件在吊装过程中不会产生碰撞损坏。
