The invention provides a wind-wave-resistant fan blade hoisting device and a hoisting method. The hoisting device comprises a hoisting beam, a supporting leg mechanism, a fastening mechanism and a hoisting belt, and hoisting lugs at the four corners of the top of the hoisting beam are connected with a crane of a mounting platform through steel wire ropes; the hanging beam comprises a longitudinal beam and cross beams symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the longitudinal beam. Adjusting mechanisms are arranged below the cross beams, lifting belts, supporting leg mechanisms and fastening mechanisms are arranged below the cross beams, the supporting leg mechanisms and the fastening mechanisms are symmetrically arranged, and the supporting leg mechanisms, the fastening mechanisms and the lifting belts are movably connected with the lifting beam through the adjusting mechanisms. And the fastening mechanism is matched with the lifting belt to fasten the blade, so that the blade and the lifting device are connected into a whole. The blade hoisting tool is good in universality and can adapt to hoisting of blades of different sizes; and during hoisting, the damage to the blade can be prevented, and the requirement for the hoisting environment and the hoisting cost are reduced.

    本发明提供一种抗风浪的风机叶片吊装装置及吊装方法,该吊装装置包括吊梁、支腿机构、紧固机构、吊带,所述吊梁顶部四角吊耳通过钢丝绳与安装平台的吊机连接;所述吊梁包括纵梁及对称设于纵梁两侧的横梁;所述横梁下方设有调节机构,每个所述横梁下方设有吊带及对称设置的支腿机构、紧固机构,且所述支腿机构、紧固机构、吊带均通过调节机构与吊梁活动连接;所述紧固机构与吊带配合紧固叶片,使叶片与吊装装置连接成一体。本发明通用性好,能适应不同尺寸的叶片吊装;抗风浪,吊装时能防止对叶片的损伤,且降低了对吊装环境的要求及吊装成本。
