The invention relates to a vehicle-electricity separation technical method used for but not limited to electric vehicle design and production. And the socialized public energy supply system provides standardized storage battery module renting, rapid replacement and after-sales public services for the electric vehicle user. The method has the remarkable characteristics that the standardized storage battery module formed by various brands and various systems of storage batteries which are produced at present and/or in the future can be compatible with various types of electric vehicles which are produced at present and in the future and have different brands, and products and equipment such as a communication power supply, photovoltaic power generation, wind power generation, an electric vehicle and the like can be compatible, and a technical method for echelon utilization and seamless connection of the storage battery module of the electric vehicle is provided.
