The invention discloses an electric vehicle electricity storage distribution method and device and an electric vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: in a driving state, obtaining the driving speed of the electric vehicle and the residual electric quantity of a solar cell; determining a driving speed threshold value, a first residual electric quantity threshold value and a second residual electric quantity threshold value, wherein the first residual electric quantity threshold value is greater than the second residual electric quantity threshold value; determining a power supply distribution strategy of the solar battery and the whole vehicle power battery based on the driving speed, the residual electric quantity, the driving speed threshold value, the first residual electric quantity threshold value and the second residual electric quantity threshold value; and based on the power supply distribution strategy, controlling the solar cell and/or the whole vehicle power battery to supply power to a high-voltage electric appliance, a low-voltage electric appliance and a driving motor of the electric vehicle. Through the technical scheme provided by the invention, the reasonability of power storage distribution of the electric vehicle can be improved.
