The invention belongs to the field of underwater docking, and particularly relates to an underwater suspension docking device. One end of a mounting frame is connected with one end of a guide cover, the other end of the mounting frame is provided with a balancing weight, and the other end of the guide cover is provided with remote guide equipment for realizing autonomous docking of an underwater mobile carrier; a tail wing plate and a hoisting frame are respectively mounted at the top of the mounting frame; positioning mechanisms for positioning the underwater moving carrier entering the mounting frame are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the positioning frame; and a sealed cabin is located below the tail wing plate and the hoisting frame and installed on the mounting frame, and a communication control system used for controlling the remote guide equipment and the steering engine is arranged in the sealed cabin. The device has the characteristics of simple mechanism, high reliability, low cost, convenience in arrangement, high modular degree, wide applicability and the like.
