The invention discloses an autonomous underwater robot underwater docking device, the underwater docking device comprises a docking mechanism, a power storage mechanism and a buffer mechanism, the power storage mechanism is arranged below the docking mechanism, the docking mechanism is fixed with the buffer mechanism, and the docking mechanism carries out docking and recovery on an underwater robot. The power storage mechanism uses water flow to generate electricity to provide power to the docking device, and the buffer mechanism uses water flow to buffer the recovery of the underwater robot. The underwater docking device is scientific, reasonable and safe and convenient to use, the power storage mechanism carries out hydroelectric generation through tidal current energy, the power needed by normal work is provided for the docking device, the buffer mechanism compresses seawater and jets the compressed seawater out of the docking mechanism, and the buffer mechanism buffers the underwater robot through the jetted water flow to prevent the underwater robot from colliding with the docking mechanism due to too high speed in the docking mechanism.
