The oil cylinder guide mechanism comprises a mounting rack, a first guide structure and a second guide structure, the mounting rack is suitable for being connected with a telescopic oil cylinder in the telescopic arm, and the first guide structure is arranged on the mounting rack or the telescopic oil cylinder. The second guide structure is arranged on the mounting rack. The first guide structure comprises a first roller, and the first roller is suitable for abutting against the inner wall of the telescopic arm. The second guide structure comprises a second roller, the second roller abuts against the inner wall of the telescopic arm, and the first roller and the second roller are located on the upper side and the lower side of the mounting rack correspondingly.
