The invention provides a wireless charging system and method for a robot. The wireless charging system comprises an electric brush unit, a control unit and a brush plate, wherein the electric brush unit and the control unit are arranged in a charging pile, and the brush plate is arranged in a robot box. the electric brush unit comprises a plurality of first charging coils which are distributed in parallel, and the first charging coils work independently; the brush plate comprises a second charging coil; the control unit comprises a processor, a current transformer and a PWM drive circuit. The plurality of charging coils are arranged in an electric brush power supply in parallel, so that the contact area of wireless charging is increased, charging can be started only by aligning the brush plate with any one of the charging coils, and the requirement for high navigation and positioning precision is lowered.

    本发明提出了一种用于机器人的无线充电系统与方法,所述无线充电系统包括内置于充电桩的电刷单元、控制单元,以及内置于机器人箱体的刷板;其中,所述电刷单元包括若干个平行分布的第一充电线圈,所述第一充电线圈均独立工作;所述刷板包含第二充电线圈;所述控制单元包括处理器、电流互感器以及PWM驱动电路。在电刷电源中平行配列若干个充电线圈,从而增大了无线充电的接触面积,刷版只需要对准其中的任意一个充电线圈即可开始充电,降低了对导航定位较高的精度要求。
