The invention discloses a wireless charging mobile charging robot and a charging method, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicle charging, the direct current voltage output end of a battery PACK is connected with the direct current voltage input end of a battery PDU, and the direct current voltage output end of the battery PDU is connected with the direct current voltage input end of a wireless charging controller; the high-frequency alternating-current output end of the wireless charging controller is connected with the input end of the ground charging panel GA; the signal control output end of the battery management system BMS is connected with the signal control input end of the battery PDU, the battery management system BMS is in communication connection with the battery PACK, the domain controller, the battery management system BMS and the wireless charging controller are in communication connection, and the electromechanical control module is in communication connection with the ground charging panel GA and the domain controller. A reasonable and mature management control scheme is provided, wireless charging of the vehicle is achieved while fixed charging is separated, and charging safety, response real-time performance, data accuracy and operation stability in the wireless charging process are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种无线充电的移动充电机器人及充电方法,涉及电动汽车充电技术领域,电池PACK的直流电压输出端连接电池PDU的直流电压输入端,电池PDU的直流电压输出端连接无线充电控制器的直流电压输入端,无线充电控制器的高频交流输出端连接地面充电板GA的输入端;电池管理系统BMS的信号控制输出端连接电池PDU的信号控制输入端,电池管理系统BMS与电池PACK通信连接,域控制器、电池管理系统BMS和无线充电控制器之间通信连接,机电控制模块分别与地面充电板GA和域控制器通信连接。本发明提供了一种较为合理、成熟的管理控制方案,在脱离固定充电的同时,还实现对车辆的无线充电,且保证无线充电过程中的充电安全性、响应实时性、数据准确性及运行稳定性。
