The invention provides a vehicle turn-around control method, which comprises the following steps of obtaining the state information of a vehicle, wherein the state information comprises vehicle speed information; when the vehicle speed information is not greater than a preset vehicle speed value, acquiring environment information around the vehicle; generating a target turn-around area according to the acquired environment information; and controlling the vehicle to execute an automatic turning operation according to the generated target turning area. The invention further discloses a vehicle turn-around control device, a vehicle and a computer storage medium. According to the vehicle turn-around control method and device, the vehicle and the computer storage medium, automatic turning-around control over the vehicle in the target turn-around area can be achieved through the state information of the vehicle and the environment information around the vehicle, and therefore a driver can be helped to complete automatic turn-around operation on a narrow road; a driver is efficiently assisted in completing turn-around operation, the daily turn-around efficiency of the vehicle is improved, and the convenience and safety of vehicle driving are improved.
