An extended-range electric vehicle comprises a chassis, a generator set, a front axle assembly, a rear axle assembly, a solar cell panel and a whole vehicle control circuit. The chassis is a frame formed by connecting supporting rib plates and comprises a rear suspension mounting frame, a front suspension mounting frame and a seat mounting frame, and the rear axle assembly is composed of an integrated rear axle driving module and driving wheels and comprises a motor, a differential mechanism, a shock absorber, a rear double-insertion-arm suspension and a stand column. The front axle assembly comprises a steering assembly, a front double-insertion-arm suspension, a shock absorber and a stand column. The generator set is installed behind the seat and matched with a control circuit of the whole vehicle, when the PLC detects that the voltage of the storage battery is lower than 22V, the solar charging module is started by default to charge the storage battery, and the generator set can also be manually started to charge the storage battery. Two emergency charging schemes of the electric vehicle under the condition of no mains supply charging are provided through the generator set and photovoltaic power generation, the cruising ability is effectively improved, and the electric vehicle has the advantages of being compact in structure, high in maneuverability and adaptability, low in cost and the like.

    一种增程式电动车,包括底盘、发电机组、前桥总成、后桥总成、太阳能电池板及全车控制电路;所述底盘由支撑筋板相互连接组成框架,包括后悬架安装架、前悬架安装架、座椅安装架组成,后桥总成由一体式后桥驱动模块及驱动轮组成,包括电机、差速器、减震器、后双插臂悬架、立柱;前桥总成包括转向总成、前双插臂悬架、减震器、立柱;发电机组安装在座椅后方与全车控制电路配合,当PLC检测到蓄电池电压低于22V时,默认启动太阳能充电模块为蓄电池充电,也可手动启动发电机组为蓄电池充电。本发明利用发电机组及光伏发电提供了电动车在无市电充电条件下的两种应急充能方案,有效提高续航能力,结构紧凑、机动性强、适应能力强、成本低廉等特点。
