The invention discloses an inspection robot climbing device and system. The inspection robot climbing device comprises a walking track assembly and a driving assembly, the driving assembly comprises a pressing wheel, a walking part and a chassis used for installing an inspection robot, the walking track assembly comprises an inclined track, and the included angle between the inclined track and the horizontal plane is larger than 0 degree. The walking part drives the chassis to move by walking on the inclined track, the inclined track is located between the walking part and the chassis, and the pressing wheel is rotatably installed on the chassis and covers the inclined track in a pressing mode. By means of the device and the system, slipping of the walking part on the inclined track can be avoided, a slipping accident is avoided, the operation safety coefficient is improved, and the device is simple in structure, light in weight, low in cost, easy to maintain, beneficial to reducing energy consumption and prolonging the cruising ability.
