The invention relates to a pantograph active control method based on contact force long-short-term memory network prediction, and belongs to the field of pantograph active control, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, establishing a binary pantograph-catenary system vibration coupling model; S2, carrying out stress analysis on the pantograph-catenary coupling model, establishing a state-space equation, and carrying out modeling simulation to obtain contact force simulation data; S3, establishing a prediction model based on the LSTM network, predicting a contact force F'at the nextmoment, calculating a control force u (t) required at the next moment by utilizing prediction result establishment and a contact force expected value, and establishing a controller by taking the control force u (t) as a core; S4, selecting and installing an actuator; and S5, applying the damping force to the pantograph-catenary system by the actuator, and establishing a closed-loop contact forceactive control system. The pantograph-catenary contact force fluctuation degree is reduced, and the current collection quality of a train is improved.
