A contact force detection device and a pantograph, the contact force detection device is used for detecting the contact force between the pantograph and a contact net, the pantograph comprises one or more pantograph heads, each pantograph head comprises a sliding plate and pantograph head supports connected with the two ends of the sliding plate, the contact force detection device comprises a stress part, a contact part and a detection part, the stress part is used for detecting the contact force between the pantograph and the contact net, and the contact part is used for detecting the contact force between the pantograph and the contact net. The connecting piece is used for connecting one end of the sliding plate so as to conduct the contact force between the sliding plate and the contact net; the first end of the strain part is connected with the stress part, and the first end of the strain part is suspended so as to generate strain under the action of the contact force; a strain detector provided on the strain portion and configured to detect a strain of the strain portion; and the pantograph head supporting part is connected with the second end of the strain part and the pantograph head support. According to the scheme, the contact force detection between the pantograph and the contact net can be realized.
