The invention provides a self-balancing offshore floating platform. The offshore floating platform comprises at least one group of platform main bodies which can be modularly combined; multiple buoyancy tanks which can swing in any direction along with sea waves; and multiple flexible connecting pieces, wherein one end of each flexible connecting piece is connected with the buoyancy tank, and theother end of each flexible connecting piece is connected with the platform main body; the buoyancy tanks connected with the flexible connecting pieces to hang the platform main body to float on the sea surface. According to the offshore floating platform, the buoyancy tanks are hung on the platform main body through the flexible connecting pieces to float on the sea surface, and meanwhile, the buoyancy tanks can swing in any direction along with sea waves, so that on one hand, destructive impact of the sea waves on the platform main body can be effectively buffered, and on the other hand, theplatform main body can keep relative stability; the stability of the platform body can be improved to the maximum extent.
