A fusiform floating base is assembled at the lower end of each floating pipe, and the floating bases can rotate relative to the floating pipes. Therefore, the floating pipe and the floating base can integrally revolve along with the lower circular ring, and the floating base can independently rotate relative to the floating pipe. The floating pipe and the floating base can adapt to sea wave impact to be adjusted, the fusiform floating base can automatically adjust the head wave direction along with the wave flow direction, and the wind wave resistance of the offshore floating platform is effectively improved.
