The offshore self-stabilizing floating platform comprises a stabilizing component and an inertia body, the stabilizing component comprises an upper platform, a plurality of hydraulic cylinders, a plurality of supporting seats, a plurality of oil supply hoses and a plurality of annular hydraulic pipes, the number of the hydraulic cylinders and the number of the oil supply hoses correspond to the number of the hydraulic cylinders, and the oil supply hoses are arranged in parallel; one end of each oil supply hose is communicated with the hydraulic cylinder, the other end of each oil supply hose is communicated with the annular hydraulic pipe, the annular hydraulic pipe is arranged in the supporting seat, one end of the hydraulic cylinder is universally connected with the upper platform, the other end of the hydraulic cylinder is universally connected with the supporting seat, and the inertia body penetrates through the supporting seat and is connected with the upper platform. The multiple oil supply hoses are communicated with one another through the annular hydraulic pipe, the flowing flexibility of hydraulic oil is achieved, timely response to the motion state of the upper platform is guaranteed, and the stabilizing effect of the upper platform is improved. And the inertia body is arranged below the upper platform, a damping effect is formed on the upper platform, and the stability of the upper platform is further guaranteed.
