The invention provides a hydrogen fuel cell waste heat recovery system, and relates to the technical field of hydrogen fuel cells. The system comprises a first air compressor, an electric pile and a second heat exchanger which are sequentially communicated; a circulating water pump, a galvanic pile, a first heat exchanger and a water tank are sequentially communicated; a second temperature sensorand a first temperature sensor which are connected with a controller are arranged among the galvanic pile, the second heat exchanger and the first heat exchanger; a three-way valve A communicates witha second air compressor, a three-way valve B and a three-way valve C; the three-way valve B communicates with a three-way valve D; the first heat exchanger is serially connected with the second heatexchanger; the three-way valve C communicates with the second heat exchanger and the three-way valve D; a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a third electromagnetic valve anda fourth electromagnetic valve which are connected with the controller are arranged between the three-way valve A and the three-way valve B, between the three-way valve B and the three-way valve D and between the three-way valve C and the three-way valve D respectively; the invention further provides a hydrogen fuel cell waste heat recovery method, and waste heat can be recovered.
