The invention relates to the technical field of hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicle heat management, in particular to a hydrogen fuel cell stack waste heat utilization system which comprises a hydrogen fuel cell stack, a cooling liquid circulation subsystem, a heat exchanger, an organic working medium circulation subsystem, a turbine generator set and a battery pack. In the running process of the hydrogen energy automobile, heat generated by the hydrogen fuel cell stack is transmitted to the organic working medium through the heat exchanger, the organic working medium expands to do work in the turbine generator set after absorbing heat, and the mechanical work is converted into electric energy to be supplied to the battery pack and stored. The organic working medium is subjected to secondary cooling through the organic working medium circulation subsystem after the turbine generator set finishes working, and is conveyed back to the heat exchanger again so as to continuously absorb heat transferred by the hydrogen fuel cell stack, so that waste heat is fully utilized, and the utilization rate of the waste heat is improved. And moreover, the working condition temperature of the hydrogen fuel cell stack is always maintained in a reasonable range, and the hydrogen-oxygen chemical reaction efficiency in the hydrogen fuel cell stack is maintained at a high level for a long time.

    本发明涉及氢燃料电池商用车热管理技术领域,尤其是一种氢燃料电池堆余热利用系统,其包括氢燃料电池堆、冷却液循环子系统、换热器、有机工质循环子系统、涡轮发电机组以及电池组。在氢能源汽车行驶进程中,氢燃料电池堆所生成的热量通过换热器传递给有机工质,有机工质吸热后在涡轮发电机组中膨胀做功,且将这部分机械功转化为电能,供向电池组,并储蓄,有机工质在涡轮发电机组做完功后经由有机工质循环子系统进行二次降温,并重新输回换热器,以继续吸收经由氢燃料电池堆传递而来的热量,如此,不但实现对余热的充分利用,而且还确保氢燃料电池堆的工况温度始终维持于合理范围内,确保其内氢氧化学反应效率得以长时间维持于高位。
