The system comprises a hydrogen fuel cell waste heat collection system, a thermoelectric conversion system, a control system and an inverter, the hydrogen fuel cell waste heat collection system collects heat and inputs the heat into the thermoelectric conversion system; the control system controls the thermoelectric conversion system according to the energy of the waste heat, and the thermoelectric conversion system converts the energy of the waste heat into electric energy; and the electric energy is supplied to the vehicle after passing through the inverter. A large amount of heat energy generated in the power generation process of the hydrogen fuel cell is utilized, the heat energy is converted into electric energy through semiconductive thermoelectric materials and the like, the electric energy is used for a lamplight illuminating lamp in the vehicle, waste heat is fully utilized, the electric energy is saved, and therefore the endurance mileage of the vehicle is longer.
