The invention discloses a five-wire type air suspension vehicle body height sensor and a vehicle body height control method. The five-wire type air suspension vehicle body height sensor comprises a base, a connecting rod, a bottom shell, a high-position alarm switch, a rotary shifting fork and a low-position alarm switch, the bottom shell and an upper cover form a cavity, an annular resistor discis installed in the cavity formed by the bottom shell and the upper cover, a low-position alarm contact, a high-position alarm contact and a sliding contact are arranged in the cavity, the rotary shifting fork drives a lower sliding contact to slide freely along the annular resistor disc, the two ends of a swing arm rotating shaft are installed on the center hole bearings of the bottom shell and the upper cover respectively, the rotary shifting fork and the swing arm are installed on the swing arm rotating shaft respectively, one side of the connecting rod is a small end, the other side of theconnecting rod is a large end, the swing arm is connected with the small end of the connecting rod, and the large end of the connecting rod is connected with the base. In addition, when the low-position alarm contact or the high-position alarm contact is closed, respective alarm lamps can be turned on. According to the embodiment of the invention, an input signal is provided for the air suspension controller to monitor or adjust the height of a vehicle body in real time.

    本发明公开一种五线式空气悬架车身高度传感器及车身高度控制方法,包括底座、连杆、底壳、高位报警开关、旋转拨叉和低位报警开关,底壳与上盖二者组成空腔,环形电阻片安装于底壳与上盖组成的空腔内,空腔内布置了低位报警触点、高位报警触点和滑动触点,旋转拨叉驱动下滑动触头可以沿环形电阻片任意滑动,摆臂回转轴的两端分别安装于底壳和上盖的中心孔轴承上,旋转拨叉和摆臂分别安装于摆臂回转轴,连杆一侧为小端设置,另一侧为大端设置,摆臂连接于连杆小端,连杆大端连接于底座。另外低位报警触点或高位报警触点闭合式,各自的报警灯会亮起。本专利的实施,将为空气悬架控制器实时监测或调节车身高度提供了输入信号。
