The invention discloses a three-wire type air suspension vehicle body height sensor and a vehicle body height control method, the three-wire type air suspension vehicle body height sensor comprises abottom shell, a contact shifting fork, a swing arm rotating shaft and a swing arm, a cavity is formed by a bottom shell and an upper cover, an annular resistor disc is installed in the cavity, and a sliding contact is arranged at the upper end of the cavity; the sliding contact can be driven by the contact shifting fork to slide along the annular resistor disc, the other end of the contact shifting fork is fixed to the swing arm rotating shaft, and the two ends of the swing arm rotating shaft are installed in center holes of the bottom shell and the upper cover respectively. When the air suspension vehicle runs dynamically, the height between a vehicle body and an axle is changed, so that the connecting rod and the swing arm of the height sensor mounted on the vehicle body and the axle canmove relatively, and the rotating shaft drives the poking needle to drive the sliding contact to slide along the annular resistor disc, and a voltage signal for representing the height of the vehiclebody is changed accordingly, can be sent to an air suspension controller in real time through an output terminal. The scheme of the invention can provide input signals to the air suspension controller to monitor or adjust the height of the vehicle body in real time.

    本发明公开一种三线式空气悬架车身高度传感器及车身高度控制方法,包括底壳、触头拨叉、摆臂回转轴和摆臂,底壳与上盖组成的空腔,环形电阻片安装于空腔内,空腔上端布置了滑动触头,滑动触头在触头拨叉驱使下可以沿环形电阻片滑动,触头拨叉的另一端固定于摆臂回转轴上,摆臂回转轴的两端分别安装于底壳与上盖的中心孔处。空气悬架车辆动态行驶时,车身与车桥之间的高度将发生变化,使得安装于两者的高度传感器的连杆和摆臂会产生相对运动,从而旋转轴驱动拨针带动滑动触头沿环形电阻片滑动,用作表征车身高度的电压信号随之变化,通过输出端口实时输送给空气悬架控制器,本方案能够为空气悬架控制器实时监测或调节车身高度提供输入信号。
