The invention discloses a four-wire type air suspension vehicle body height sensor and a vehicle body height control method. The four-wire type air suspension vehicle body height sensor comprises a bottom shell, a swing arm rotating shaft, a connecting rod and an upper cover, a cavity is formed by the bottom shell and the upper cover, an annular resistor disc is installed in the cavity, a low-position alarm switch and a sliding contact are arranged in the cavity, and a rotating shifting fork is adopted to drive the sliding contact, so that the sliding contact can slide along the annular resistor disc in a reciprocating manner, the rotating shifting fork and the swing arm are respectively fixed with the swing arm rotating shaft, the swing arm is connected with the small end of the connecting rod, and the large end of the connecting rod is connected with a base. When an air suspension vehicle runs dynamically, the height between a vehicle body and an axle changes, so that a connecting rod and a swing arm of the height sensor mounted between the vehicle body and the axle can move relatively, and the swing arm rotating shaft drives a poking needle to drive the sliding contact to slidealong the annular resistor disc; and a signal output port is used for representing the real-time change of a voltage signal of the vehicle body height. An input signal is provided for an air suspension controller to monitor or adjust the height of the vehicle body in real time.

    本发明公开一种四线式空气悬架车身高度传感器及车身高度控制方法,包括底壳、摆臂回转轴、连杆和上盖,底壳与上盖组成的空腔,环形电阻片安装于空腔内,空腔内布置了低位报警开关和滑动触头,旋转拨叉驱动滑动触头,使滑动触头可以沿环形电阻片来回滑动,旋转拨叉和摆臂分别与摆臂回转轴固定,摆臂与连杆的小端连接,连杆的大端与底座连接。空气悬架车辆动态行驶时,车身与车桥之间的高度将发生变化,使得安装于两者间的高度传感器的连杆和摆臂会产生相对运动,从而摆臂回转轴驱动拨针带动滑动触头沿环形电阻片滑动,信号输出端口用作表征车身高度的电压信号随之实时变化。将为空气悬架控制器实时监测或调节车身高度提供了输入信号。
