The effects of monitoringand sensing a fire point, acquiring point cloud data after the fire point is determined, determining the area of a fire point region and performing calculation can be achieved in a traditional unmanned aerial vehicle inspection technology. Arthropod flame-retardant pipes are thrown around the fire point by a navigation fire control module, an annular isolation belt is formed along the fire point region, when fire spreads to the arthropod flame-retardant pipes, flame-retardant action is triggered, an annular flame-retardant air curtain is formed through a dry powder extinguishing agent which iscontinuously released upwards, oxygen is isolated, the arthropod flame-retardant pipes can automatically adapt to the property of the fire, are gradually unfolded and flattened, isolate oxygen from anear-ground fire source and effectively cool the near-ground fire source, so that the vacuum flame-retardant belt is formed in a targeted manner, fire spreading is avoided, meanwhile, colored powderwith smell is released to prompt workers, and precious time is won for on-site rescue of the workers.
